This is cool.

This si cool. But I’d love to know real numbers. I’d love to know have overall numbers gone up? My understanding is that renewals were down last year. So is the rate of renewal easier to reach bc of lower numbers?
The statement I read stated that a record number was in reach in re season ticket renewals percentage at this early point of the year prior to the BE season schedule being released. I took that to mean that, never before has there been a 90% season ticket renewal rate of the previous year's season ticket holders at this early point of the year, not that they are just a few percentage points from breaking the all-time record in number of renewals regardless of year.

I know you can lie with numbers but this statement seems pretty straightforward. A 90% renewal rate is very impressive though because it shows that SJU has a very loyal fan base and I think that patience is about to be rewarded, first with a trip to the dance this season and then next year with Storr, Posh, Gardner and hopefully Williams and the rest of the gang, they are going to tear the roof off tha sucka.

Oh. 100%. I agree with you on the loyalty. Anyone that renewed last year with Covid still swirling and prices sky rocketing is hard core loyal.

I’m just wondering if renewal rates are based on a smaller pool. 90% renewal on 500 vs 90% on 1000 is a big difference in finite numbers and butts in seats.

Look at him at a CEO of hoops. It's his job to generate excitement so doesn't really matter the base it's no different than a company cfo promoting their company. I'll say this. I went to renew my 3 tickets and buy 2 more and I'm waiting on confirmation on the 2 extra because I only want those if they are with our 114 crew and they cant guarantee it yet so I dont think they are blowing smoke
