I’ve been indifferent on Mike A his first couple of years here, but I give him credit for his first few seasons, it at least felt like we had an identity re the whole 40 minutes of hell style

That identity is nonexistent this year. He has to go. If you lose your way in year 4 instead of continuing to build up your desired style, there is a clear issue that probably cannot be fixed
