Very happy for Joel, and kudos to the Hornets. From what I heard he had Knee surgery before the NBA draft, never actually put pen to paper with the Hornets when the Exhibit 10 deal was announced. But he's now gone through rehab and they still signed him. Wishing him the best of luck. Last season started so great for him and then unfortunately went down hill. He still seems in good shape from the recently instagram clips I saw and hopefully he can put it together and make a good impression.
Regardless being 6'11, in shape, and having the ability to hit the 3 which we saw, will have him playing professional basketball in some capacity for a decade I'm sure.
