 I remember previous discussion on this board about the Big East no longer accepting partial qualifiers. Is this an exception or a different situation?

I have the same question.
 
 So Marrilac explained on JJ that the kid is actually a non-qualifier. The BE does not allow partial qualifiers, but the BE allows non-qualifiers. Sounds backassed to me. Sounds like the journalists are throwing around the wrong term.
