Keeping Up With Old Friends Thread

A little hodge podge of updates of some of our friends still kicking around the college game. Some of these guys will be closer friends to us than others.

David Jones - 17.8 PPG, 6.8 RPG on 46% from the field and 44% from 3 in 30 MPG for Memphis
Posh Alexander - 10.8 PPG, 4.5 APG, 2.7 RPG in 26 MPG for Butler
Dylan Addae-Wusu - 8.7 PPG, 5.8 RPG, 2.3 APG on 34% from the field in 28 MPG for Seton Hall
AJ Storr - 13.3 PPG on 39% from field in 24 MPG for Wisconsin
Rafael Pinzon - 12.9 PPG, 2.6 RPG shooting 40% from 3 in 25 MPG for Bryant
Kolby King - 14.8 PPG, 3.4 RPG, 1.6 APG, shooting 53% from the field and 35% from 3 in 32 MPG at Tulane
O'Mar Stanley - 10.8 PPG, 3.6 RPG on 62% from the field for Boise St
John McGriff - 5.5 PPG, 3.2 RPG, 2.2 APG in 24 MPG for Eastern Michigan

Quinn Slazinski - 16.8 PPG, 4.4 RPG, 2.4 APG on 41% from the field and 41% from 3 in 34 MPG for WVU
Yaxel Lendeborg - 8.2 PPG, 7 RPG, 2.7 BPG in 25.7 MPG for UAB
Harrison Reede hasn't played yet for Southern Utah. Not sure if injured or if redshirting or what the deal is there.

Jacob Meyer - 14.3 PPG, 4 RPG, 3 APG, 45% from the field and 46% from 3 for Coastal Carolina
Spencer Mahoney hasn't played yet for Washington State.

Noah Thomasson - 14.3 PPG, 3.7 RPG, 2 APG, 41% from the field and 37% from 3 in 29 MPG for Georgia
Solid numbers all around.

An old friend that I had hope for was Marcellus Earlington, he left of course and had two very nice seasons at USD. Senior season led them (a pretty bad team) in scoring and rebounding.

Had a cup of coffeee in camp with the T Wolves as an UFA, recently got let go by G league LI Nets.

I wish him well he seemed like a good kid.

Local product who played DE in FB at powerhouse Don Bosco Prep; maybe he should try out for an NFL team as a tight end? (We have Tim Boyle and Tommy DeVito as NY's starting QBs!)

Anderson said this was his best team ever. Too bad he couldn't get them to play together.

I knew King had something when he took over that BET game against Marquette for a few minutes.

Every dog has his day sure but he showed me a lot in that game. Wasn't enough for me to beg Pitino to keep him, but I had a feeling kid would have a good career somewhere. He also leads the Green Wave in steals per game with 2.3 spg. Not bad. They are 5-1 too.

Readily acknowledge my opinion of Lendeborg consists of watching a bunch of video, but i wonder if that one might bite us worse than any of the others. Especially seeing how thin we are/will be in the frontcourt going forward. I know he'll get some guys in the portal, but I really liked YL's length and athleticism. Would've loved to have him here for three years.

I think KK will be a very good player.

But so far Tulane has played the likes of Gumbo State and Po' Boy U.
