Mike Cragg (and others) worked very hard to rebuild bridges with Keegan and st johns. He was huge in also doing same with Mark Jackson.

That stuff is rearview mirror now but want to point out that without Mike, good chance neither would have accepted HOF induction, which was a milestone event in bringing both home where they belong.

How great is it to have Keegan as Ryder Cup captain and celebrating St John's.
 
So one thing i forgot is the home captain sets up the format. I will question why Keegan chose foursomes to start as historically Europe is far and away better at this than us and we play better with fourball. At best we will be down 3-1 entering fourball.

Home team historically dominates Foursomes. That's why he probably chose it. An attempt to get a hot start out of the gate.

We are definitely better at home in this format vs on road but europe is much better than us in this format overall for many years and they handle it better than us on the road.

Plus I am just a little angry at myself for trusting Justin Thomas with my money who was pretty stinky out there.
 
I’m not always right but I certainly knew Morikawa shouldn’t be on this team this year. Wasted captains pick. And to put English and Morikawa out there again today after they were awful yesterday is another mistake. Down 4 theu 8. Come on Morikawa. Prove me wrong.

But tomorrow will be the best day for watching golf because they'll be twelve groups to follow, and the fifty thousand people will be spread out a lot more. A friend of mine who went on friday Said it was like someone just stole money out of his wallet.
