Keegan Bradley Golf

Bradley is currently tied for 3rd place at The Open after his second round
Keegan shot 67-68 and is 7 under par
Mickelson is the leader at 10 under; Stenson is currently in second place
Interviewed after the round, Keegan said that his game has improved in the past month
Good luck over the weekend Keegan!! Would love to see you win!!

It's a very healthy & wholesome trait when a person is happy for someone else's success
Good for you and many posters who exude goodwill
Hope KB excels this weekend
Top 5 would be nice

Is it healthy and wholesome if I root for Phil Mickelson? :)

Let me think about it and I'll give you my "final answer"
Can we be silly, lighthearted, facetious on this board...???... If not I'll retract this post Bama

Oh wait my intuition says you are healthy and wholesome!
Congratulations!!!
:cheer:

Googled KB - Oh I see only two rounds played thus far so 3 behind Phil M. as you post above.

Keegan discussed his problem
W/his nerves - oh anxiety - how he's learning to deal with it better - and how Phil, Ernie Els & Fred Couples have reached out to encourage him through his rough patch.

Good thing he's in Scotland and can get a nip at the pub. A wee one or two will calm him down.

I know his third round was poor
How did he finish?
Top ten?

Tied for 18th. Shot level par for the tournament.

Shane last two rounds were over par
I don't know golf
Is he headed in right direction?...

Keegan has been playing poorly for a while. I thought he was coming on at the Open, but he fizzled. No longer in the conversation of the PGA elite.

Best final round of golf dueling in a major that I ever saw. I was rooting for Mickelson but damn you cant be upset over something like that. Stenson earned it. What rounds they had

Just caught the piece on @Keegan_Bradley & his father Mark on CBS. Excited to honor them as our @MetGolfWriters Family of the Year #MGWA

Keegan was just interviewed by Joe Beningo on WFAN

No mention of his time at St. John's (at least I didn't hear him mention SJU).

Was promoting The Travelers

Said his favorite course is Riviera

Doesn't blame guys like Rory, Speith, Dustin, Justin for not going to Rio

Said growing up in Vermont helped him since he had a limited season and didn't burn out.

Tee's off tomorrow at 8:10am with Ernie Els and Louie Oosthuizen

anybody from St. John's there ?

I don't know if anyone from SJU was at the Met dinner. It was the same night as the Jack Kaiser Golf outing and dinner at Cherry Valley in Garden City..

I do know that a group from SJU will be at Keegan's annual tournament in Woodstock at the end of August.

Proceeds go to fight pediatric cancer.

Keegan, at T26, playing well enough to move up in the Fedex Cup rankings. Keep this position and he'll make it to the second round in Boston which would help make up for a mediocre year.

What penalty was called on KB at Bethpage?
On the FedEx bubble.
