What would happen if everyone in the crowd at Carnesecca decided to chant "Lets Go Redmen" would they eject everyone at the game?

We can’t risk offending the population of peoples named John.

Of course, "johnnies" makes me think of the British slang use of the term...which is a bit of an irony for our good ol' Catholic institution.

And yet, back when AH was renamed CA, some posters wanted to nickname the Johnnies' home court "The Loo." Ironically, the program's been pretty much in the toilet since then.

In this day and age, everyone would probably get arrested for using hate speech

The meaningless nickname is the problem. Thunder didn't make sense and neither does Foghorn Leghorn. Not having a fight song is another problem that never gets solved. We are.......

We all love Louie BUT It should have been named Carnesecca Court and Lapchick Arena…who the heck names both after the same person? That is another on the long list of Harrington’s mistakes. As we say, the right way, the wrong way and the St. John’s way.

Personally that game they announced it all I could think of is WTF how are you not looking for corporate sponsor
