Joey De La Rosa - What to Expect?

I thought I had read somewhere along the way that Joey was a 10 and 10 guy at St. Ray's as a soph(?), so it's weird that he never developed into anything. You would think a guy with those stats at that school would be good for 4 or 5 rpg as a college supersenior.

Joey was a wee bit thinner in high school. Five years of mucho arroz con pollo has slowed his development.
