We lost 2 games to Nova by combined 65 points and we play them in 3nd round so not super confident about that.
Hard to beat the same team 3 times in a season which is why I am just a little nervous about what happens if we lose to Prov.

We've never played them full strength. We played them at their place for their seniors last home game ever and we played them smack middle of the Jordan saga. We played them even for 2/3's of a game the first time and for a half the second. Win or lose, the third game would be within ten if both teams advance.

I'm guessing you're partially clowning, kranmars. Regardless, this thread wasn't needed, as we're firmly planted in the tournament.

Once, Obekpa had to sit for a long period during the first game (the "Jordan saga" game), that is when Villanova started to take command. We were winning, if I'm not mistaken. Ochefu started to have his way, and was finding open shooters, whenever we collapsed.

I'm not saying, we'll beat 'em if we get 'Nova on Friday. But I think it'll be a tight game for the most part. Obekpa is gonna have to play and play smart. I feel our backcourt will be fine.

We were 1 of the last 2 out of the Big East tourney. How awful is it to not make your own conference tourney. Those were some bad times.

Yes, Jordan was not back to himself that game, D'Lo was hurt just before the half and was not at full strength in the 2nd half, Obekpa twisted his ankle and sat for a good part of the 2nd half and then Dom fouled out with just under 8 minutes to go. So, we certainly were not at full strength the first time around. We will be better if we get to face them again this week, and shoudd given them a tough game. Let's beat PC and find out,
