Absolutely, 112, those are all other important considerations. But, you can't say they don't belong in the discussion. They clearly do.
 
They are barely above .500 overall and they are below .500 in conference. They should clearly be on the outside right now. Two wins in the BET and, then, they should be on the bubble.

Again, SOS is fine and wins against Top 50 are good but who did they lose 13 games to?
 
The real unfortunate thing about the 1-7 thing is that we only played 8 top 50 teams this year. ( was it 2 years ago that we played 5 games or so IN A ROW vs top 25 teams?)

G-Town a losing record in conference in the regular season, that is not good.

Tough time getting into the Big Dance other than the automatic!

In the “real” Big East, I don’t think anyone got in with a losing record in conference, correct me if I am wrong????

Not that I'm aware of. I remember that UConn was 9-9 when they won it all in 2011.
