Helping Max and looking good.

Hey guys, here's a great way you can help Max Massell, and look good in the process.

I've known Max since I met him and some of his siblings, aunt and grandmother about 5 or 6 years ago. He is an absolutely great guy, who literally gave the shirt (jacket) off his back to a red.fans superstar (and also a great friend) simply in response to that poster admiring Max's vintage St. John's outerwear. Max simply took it off and said, "I'd like you to have it." When the poster demured, Max smiled and said, "I really want you to have it. It would mean a lot to me." This is from a guy in his early 20's, and gifting a jacket, which I know had great sentimental value to him, tells you exactly what an amazing person he is. I could tell you much more about Max, some deeply personal, but he is absolutely someone I admire for his intellect, faith, and most of all, incredibly good and warm heart.

With Max's permission, I want to share that Max along with a good friend, has launched a men's sportswear company. Max has business success in his genes (jeans? pun intended) as his grandfather built an American success story, and saw the rise and fall of it.

The company Max has started is called Manakinwear. (www.manakinwear.com) Their first product is a men's tank top. Max tells me it is slimming, and super comfortable, and goes great under golf polos. They are accepting online orders now.

We all owe so much to Paul and his family, who always have operated red.fans for free. Personally, I've made dozens of great friends here and most of you have too. I would like nothing better than members here being the catalyst of getting Max off the ground running. Who knows, he might not be the next Nike, but maybe NoBull isn't as crazy as it sounds. Then again, maybe the sky is the limit.

Check out the website, buy generously, and spread the word to friends and family. It's the least we can do!
