Hearts on Fire Campaign

I just received my copy of the Alumni Magazine , which is very professionally done and has good information about the University , Hearts on Fire Campaign and a nice picture of the new Basketball Facility to start Construction on this Fall.
Its interesting that as a double grad with season tickets and donor I don't get an Alumni Magazine.
But I guess managing a CRM database is difficult for Mom and Pop.

You have a valid complaint . I’m sure the error can be fixed with a phone call or Email to the right person .

Try www.stjohns.edu/update

Or, if you prefer online , www.stjohns.edu/ magazine

If not , call Pitino’s office .tell them you have a huge donation forthcoming .

Addendum : This information is being given with no liability to the author for accuracy , effectiveness or , anything else .

Cleaned every day.
Did I move 4-5 years ago? Sure. But again database management should be recognizing me as a STH and donor.

Your plight and cause is worthy . It’s not acceptable that you are deprived of the Alum Magazine and, possibly other Announcements from the School.

A phone call to the Alumni office might be worthwhile ..

In the meantime ,,you can view the Magazine online .

I'm not trying to be a poster boy. Just genuinely curious how many other alumni don't receive. We know that SJU is often trailing when it comes to technology and CRM is crucial in this day and age.

I think in some shape or form, nearly everyone has had some problems. A simple call or email eill correct it. It appears they are trying to correct these deficiencies but with a supposed 195,000 alums even figuring out who is still alive is a challenge.
