Not sure if I remember seeing it on ads like that but I know for sure the PR guy says that when he's done reading certain ads at games. I've heard them say it at games for atleast 4 years now. 
 
The sign is on 7th ave at 32nd street, also right in front of the rear entrence of St. John the Baptist Church on 31st and 7th, I thought that was awesome.

Let's hope the tem rebounds quickly on Sunday, and Coach Lavin gets up to 100% soon.
