I actually think this may be a good thing. In the clutch, they've been waiting for Harrison, who hasn't responded. Maybe tomorrow if Harrison doesn't play, Sampson and Jordan and Sanchez will bust loose. You may see an explosion by those guys in particular.
Other than that, Harrison's concussion is a real kick in the head.

Utter nonsense, losing your far and away best scorer is never a good thing.
Or start a walkon.

Lame joke aside, why would it be ok to lose your leading scorer, one of better players at drawing fouls and making FTs, PSU game aside? This would also translate to more Phil Greene minutes. No thanks!
Harrison is my favorite player on the team but watching Jordan on the court against Nova made me realize he's the single most important player we have. He has fire. We need to give him minutes because he should be the heart and soul of this teamhttp://espn.go.com/new-york/mens-college-basketball/story/_/id/10287415/st-john-leading-scorer-dangelo-harrison-concussed

Actually, the reason I saw it may be good, is that in crunch time no one other than Harrison has seemed up to the task of playing with purpose, and I think that no one has stepped up as THE MAN. IF Harrison is out, somebody - maybe Jordan, Sanchez, or Sampson - maybe all three, have to step up to provide points, leadership and aggression. Of COURSE Harrison on the court is desired, but as this team tries to work out of a funk, him not being there can have a short term effect of Sampson looking like the BE ROY he was last year, or Jordan looking like one of the top players in the nation.
