I’ m watching the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade from my Son’s home in Florida .
As I watch , it seems NBC thinks it’s more a Entertainment Special than actually covering the Bands and Floats of the Parade .
I’m sure many of the Marching Bands come from all over the US and would appreciate NBC covering even a little bit of them playing so the folks back home could see them .
But , no . Guess it’s not in the script for NBC . Shame .
Anyway , Happy Thanksgiving to every Redman fan .

One of my favorite episodes and clips from WKRP in Cincinnati. I sent the five minute plus version to some people on Tuesday. That one includes Carlson explaining why the promotion should have worked and then Les explaining how what happened when the helicopter landed and the rest of the turkeys were released. Funny stuff.
Your point is one of the reasons I don’t watch it even for five minutes anymore although my wife does.
Who knows if they will even show the St. John’s Dance Team when they perform today.

Thankfulness is so important. So is giving. Donate to a favorite charity, maybe to help make someone's holiday season a little brighter, call or text an old friend or family member, invite a lonely neighbor, mend a broken relationship. All giving.

Knowing St John’s they probably got the day wrong. Thought Thanksgiving fell on a Friday this year.
And This Woke NBC ripped Santa off during the parade. They only showed him like maybe 2 minutes and horrible camera angles meanwhile that Purple Reindeer before Santa got most of the tv time

I guess NBC thinks it’s great to show Roker , Savannah and Hoda as if we don’t get enough of them every day .
Calling it a Parade and showing only Entertainment that Producers programmed in front of Macy’s window is a complete failure .
The Networks seem to have missed the point of what a Parade really is and their Program isn’t it .
