I love lavin but this is a joke. we have the worst offensive sets in the country ...unreal a team can be this bad

we look like 8 guys who just show up and have never played together..sorry to say this is another wasted year for us this team is going no where fast
 
Blow out city.. again..It's so disappointing that this team is seemingly incapable of team basketball.. This exhibition today is just about as bad as any of the Roberts era blowouts.

Has Steve lost this group of players? His line ups are, well, bizarre.
 
What you are witnessing folks, is the beginning of the end of Lavins tenure.
This team will not only lose this game. They will be blown out, as they will against Villinova. This should be a top 20 team with Sweet-16 potential and they will be in the NIT......again.

Time to start looking for a new coach
 
I dont understand why we dont press. I also cant understand why he didnt start jordan or even branch (who I still think is not very good- witness he comes in, gets blocked and other team immediately scores)
If he needs to start a walkon to motivate the team, this team is in trouble.
 
Thanks for all your comments guys. I think they should just walk off the court right now and get on the road before the temperature drops.
 
What did matter in the first four minutes was the impression of a lack of confidence in the scholarship players.
If Lavin thinks the team has as much potential as he claims he would not be worried about sending them all a message with this everyone gets a chance to start a game rotation garbage.
He has made it clear he lacks internal confidence in their game. He set the tone of the game and the
response he got in terms of this sloppy pathetic performance is what his coaching warranted. This team stinks today like a fish going bad from the top down.

You cant get in the NIT unless you play .500 ball. So are you saying you think we will be at .500 come season end?
