You know who they are and they are turning this site into the Trash Pile that caused BEB to self destruct . I agree this shouldn't be a thread derailed by posters issues with the staff (frankly, positive threads or threads related to recruiting should be off-limits to being derailed), but he always come on trying to be "Captain Sav-A-Coach" with his unfounded, hypocritical and idiotic retorts.

I might not like the recruiting as far s high school kids and more importantly the retention but I love Marvin and Simon and obviously Ponds and hope the guys coming in next year work out too

All the others, including you, are not regular posters and only surface to criticize or demean the regular posters who give this site hits. If the regular posters, who are more than a baker's dozen, disappeared as you and a few would like, this site would become as interesting as Johnny Jungle posts dominated by "non-fan" Marco Baldi.
It's a SPORTS FORUM for God's sake! If your team has been struggling for years and has now struggled MORE than in most previous years, WHAT exactly do you expect the tone to be at times?
There are three major areas of concern for fans here:
Wins and losses. Staff makeup. Recruiting.
I give up with you and a few others.
Tell us WHAT TO PRAISE about those three issues vis-a-vis the previous experiment that would sway all of us to just be positive all of the time as you and other flies on crap seem to be.

Class of 72, presumably we are nearly the same age . Just a few comments 1. I like Marco Baldi 2. I liked The Maven then and now . 3. I believe Beast of the East is near the top of this pyramid in quality posts 4. Johnny Jungle doesn’t have the rage this site does and has many quality posters , that post here and there . 5. Why are you enraged? If you don’t like the way the Program is run, write to Mullin , the AD and tell them your Solution . I am

Although , even you and the rest, just look the other way , when the most egregous poster starts insulting people like he’s Don Rickles . And , then you thank him ? 7. Yes, i thought Lavin was a poor Coach and did not get much from his best Recruiting Class of Harrison, Pointer, Greene, Branch, and later Jordan and Obepka. His recruits got to 1 NCAA tourney in his 5 years here . Their last year and promptly lost to San Diego State and, guess who, DeWayne Polee. Lavin was also paid a lot of money , I don’t hold that against him and why should Posters hold it against Mullin . 8. Mullin’s Staff, all of them, are better than Lavin’s , in my opinion . I don’t recall anywhere near the hate that Richmond , St Jean, and Matt have gotten that never surfaced for Keady, Hines or Chiles or Billy Singleton . Did it ? No, it didnt . Mullin’s team in 2018-19 will make the NCAA and contend in the BE . Shouldn’t you and all of us , be happy with that ? Let’s wait and see . Ok ?

Guys, this thread should be about the well deserved honor our young assistant coach just received. Can we please limit the other stuff to the Mullin thread that IDRAFT launched for that purpose or at least leave it off this thread? .
