Unfortunately much of that motivation can’t be taught by any coaches. It’s and inner motor, desire to do things right on every play, and attention to detail. Mullin was that type of guy 100%. That imho is really more of a personality trait that the player is either born with or trains himself to pick up. Coaches can nudge you as much as possible but can’t change your mindset.
