This team on the floor is quick as hell!!! Hate to say it, but Heron sometimes tends to clog the offense

Extremely fun, fast game. Very physical. Love this style of play. We desperately need Heron to do something.

I don’t like not putting a big body in front of inbounder. MA had time and chose not to force a tougher pass.

Great entertaining half of basketball by both teams. Really good effort from our guys. Figgy playing like an All American in that 1st half. Rutherford, Dunn and Earlington all showing great energy.

Gotta keep the 2nd halfs from the Arizona State and St Peters game in mind. Not a pattern yet but hopefully Coach reminds them we need to INCREASE the effort in the 2nd half. Really fun game.

I think their bigs got tired. If we stay out of foul trouble early 2nd that bodes well for us.

I agree in theory, but we are so offensively challenged, an LJ floater is as good as shot as any.

The fact that we do not have to rely on Heron to stay competitive in games like this against better comp, it a testament to CMA and the rest of the team. Heron will remain consistently inconsistent, we had better get used to it. I know CMA has.

Looking for second half shot to start dropping.....first half a disaster shooting wise. EVERYTHING else is fantastic.

we are 7/10 from the line
forced wvu into 13 turnovers

LJ with 17, then Rutherford, Heron Dunn and Earl with 4.
Heron shooting 1/6, guess it's just a slump.

I might agree if so many weren’t UFO’s. Also wouldn’t be so bad if we could rebound.

1 for 12 from three at the half. Reminds me of Jarvis telling his 2002-03 squad that only 3 people should take 3’s.

For my money, only LJ, Heron and Caraher should be taking them for this years edition.

It’s the wide open 3s that once they leave the hand you can see no chance of going in.

A couple of those UFOs went just before the half. Like a coach saying, no, no, no,... good shot.

I dunno, Champs has been doing a nice job making open shots lately.

Just started watching DVR. Couple of wild shots by LJ. Roberts looks woefully overmatched.

Agree. When he's open he's gotta take it.

Heron 1-6 in first half. Dunn 1-8. Need at least one of those guys to turn it around and help LJ on offense.
