Did I hear rt we 1-14 thought that’s what the announcer said,is he wrong or is it right. That’s from 3?.. if so how can any team win with that

Just need to get some TO's in 2nd half. Half court on both ends won't work well. Mamu is really good. Julian looking like he has an NBA career ahead of him, crazy improvement.

we are lucky to be down 5 since the announcers are correct in saying this game is played at Seton Hall's pace.
Mamu is a threat from everywhere it seems. I'm pleased anytime he doesn't touch the ball in the half-court offense.
Champagne is really the only consistent threat on offense in the first half.
Welcome to the Big East: Moore, Posh, Cole, McGriff, Toro

We need more from Posh. Wusu needs to hit a jumper.

Champy playing well as usual and Gwill is heating up.

More Earlington please!

Pressure by SJ not producing points. Mamu adept helping w press too. He’ll earn $ somewhere soon

We will not win many games unless all 3 of Champ, Williams and Cole produce on the offensive end. 2 or all 3 of them need to be on the court just about all the time. Every once in a while Dunn or Earlington will have big games, but the 3 main cogs need to be in the game and producing.

I agree with you on Champagnie. His footwork is top notch and he is sneaky strong. He also, while having an unorthodox shooting form, is a good shooter. He’s only gonna get stronger. He might already be a 2nd rounder. Obviously, he needs another year after this one.
Edit: I meant to quote Johnnie Drama

We are 3-14 from three and they are 3-11. We are not behind because of three point shooting but because we are not turning them over and so not getting any easy baskets. Still anyone's game and perhaps a little optimism going into second half might help. It's not like we were favored to win.

Posh not looking to score hurts a bit. feel like he just runs in circles sometimes. He should try to drive and dish or drive and try to get a foul.

Pace of the game for SJU is so important; like BYU, the Hall has controlled the pace completely. Still like BYU, we are fortunate to not be down by more at the half but Seton Hall is just running their stuff with little disruption which does not bode well. We need to figure out how to speed the game up but very difficult with Mamu press breaking, very poised with the ball.

Who is Earlington going to guard on the defensive end? He's simply not big enough to guard the big men, but he's not quick enough to guard the perimeter players. He's an in between player....that's just the reality. And in the big east, that type is player isn't going to fly. Combine that with his lack of offensive game, and it just doesn't warrant meaningful playing time.

Wow. What happened at the half? Nothing apparently. Down 11 back to a sleep walk.
