Pretty amazing we're leading at half with Julian having an off day and all the foul trouble. Would think that bodes well for us in the 2nd half. Though would expect Providence to start making some of the 3s they've been missing too.

Good first half despite some sloppy play. Now we need Champ to step up in the second half.
 
Up 3 at the half with Julian not really being a factor should bode well for us. Julian has a good second half we have good chance to take this. 
 
If we knew beforehand that Champagnie would only have 4pts at halftime we would all have signed up for a 3pt lead. If he can get going a little and we can keep up the D without the dumb reaching we may steal a big one on the road.

Giving the ball within inches of the Rim to Stanley a d Nywie at this point in their Careers is not a good play . Wheeler should be going to the Rim when Posh takes his man off the dribble . Either for the Pass or Rebound, if Posh misses .  Cooley theatrics at end of Half were worthy of a highlight replay . He wants Refs to give Durham a foul shot. Opportunity every time he bounces the ball .

I liked the pass to Stanley.  I know he didn’t finish but I think Stanley has potential and will grow.  With all the foul trouble he has to play and you’ve gotta give him the ball occasionally otherwise it’s 4 on 5

Amazing with how aggressive Posh plays, he avoids fouling. His 12 points kept us in there too.

    I agree both Stanley and Nywie have potential but , he needed to dunk that with authority and didn’t . He whiffed .   Those  2, points were in the bag , until they weren’t . 2. Points in this game could be critical .

Odd stat: Posh with 0 assists in the first half.
 
If this 2nd half is one where the teams are in the bonus by the 10 minute mark I don’t love our chances. If we don’t make it a FT competition and a slug fest I think we will pull it out.

Champ needs to get some shots in the paint and going towards the basket. 
 
Foul shooting has become a real weakness for us this year after being a strength last year. Agree with those who said we can't make this a free throw contest or we will lose.
