And that’s no knock on Marcus!

This one was for Ray Morgan's retirement!

Anyone retiring next week?

When Mullin was first hired the question was whether he's be Drexler or Hoiberg. Whether you like him as a coach or not, it's impossible to say he's not more like Hoiberg at this point. I'm bery happy for Mully.

Post of the day!!
NCJohnnie, I had to admit I thought about you (I think it was your post) about the free throws. I thought maybe you had "jinxed" us but you were almost oh so right. Missed FT almost cost us. Thank God.

Agreed (but we all thought your original sentiment)
Lol.. Yeah.. I understand I probably shouldn't have dropped the F-bomb. Just caught up in the moment.

After all is said and done, and the balls have been put away, there will be an interesting discussion on this board regarding Ponds, and his historical place in St. John’s history. Until then, let’s appreciate and enjoy the ride!

It wasn’t our cleanest game but we adjusted well. Didn’t get everybody playing well, but who cares. Big gut-check win here. Georgetown’s size bothered us but we changed thing up a bit.

Keita was a big, big help. He’s a very athletic 6’9” guy who bodies well. He needs time to get the rust out but defensively was a big help.

We showed that we are resilient and can come back, even on the road.

On to Nova whinhas nowhere near the talented size that Georgetown has. I think they’re in trouble as well. Great win!

There’s no doubt that recruiting is in the rise! This is thanks to Coach A’s relentless, tireless, road-warrior work ethic, the cool demeanor of our Head Coach, and guys like Sha$, Justin, and Marvin, who believed in the process and the organization, and are making it happen on the court! Hats off to our guys!
