Happy with what I'm seeing, but if Fordham could hit the side of a barn from 3, this would be a tight game

Very active hands on D tonight. Stanley will help us quite a bit by the end of this year.

I think Stanley has potential.   Would like to see a little more of Pinzon

Got the lead thanks to Posh making things happen on offense and Fordham going cold from 3. They had a lot of wide open looks. The difference between low and mid majors from high majors is size and athleticism. Give up open threes, and you negate the advantages athleticism brings.

Let’s see if we can play big with Stanley and Champ as the 4/3. Limit the switches, protect the paint. Stanley can move his feet on the perimeter as well as our guards can.

Fordham 5-17 from three which is almost exactly their percentage for the year. They are not going to hurt us from there much but other teams will.

Yes but a lot if those looks are wide open 3's. A better shooting team would be in a much better position at this point.

Pretty clear that Wheeler & Coburn are in the doghouse. Can't argue with Wheeler at this point, but would like to see Coburn get a little more burn.

Where is Coburn?
Made a cameo and was his usual ineffective self. Probably back on the bench studying.

Thanks - I must have blinked. Wheeler didn't get in at all

I think just the opposite, Monte.  Quisenberry was on fire for a few minutes this half, and that's the only reason this game is as close as it is. Once we made the defensive adjustment, we started to pull away.                                                                                                                                                  Tempo wise, this is exactly what we want.

Would be nice to draw up a play where someone sets a screen for Coburn.

Conurn is a nice role player.  If he’s placed in the right spots, he could be a good contributor.

Remember a few weeks ago when I said Coburn was the clear third best player on the team?
don't listen to me, ever.
