He's just nonchalant out there, shooting contested 3's, dribbling down the lane when it's crowded.  No sense of urgency at all.

Yup.  Its turned into good earlington or bad earlington.  Never know which will show up.

And any more, the bad is far outweighing the good.   No reason he should be getting playing time until he gets out of this funk.
