The ebb and flow screams a loss. The momentum can change but with no fans in the arena, then I'm not confident we'll stem the momentum. Particularly with how we've played all game.
I may catch some flak if we come back to win, but I think we're about to lose.
We have no inside post presence offensively or defensively. That is the downfall of this team. If we had a decent inside presence to play defense and rebound defensively and to play through on offense in the half court who pass out of the post we would be an NCAA tournament team. Without it we lose games like this. Hopefully, next year Niywe is that guy along with a guy like Omar Stanley who's 6'8 245.
The only way to wash the stink of this game off of our NCAA tournament resume is to beat Villanova on the road. Anything short of that now and we're done.
Seriously is Dunn getting paid to throw this game? Dude had a 3 v 1 fast break with the best dunker in the conference trailing, simple pass and it's an easy 2 point. That's a 4 point swing right there. Like I said earlier, it's one thing to make a mistake, it's another to completely take all the momentum from your team with selfish plays.
