I would give most of Cole's minutes to Earlington.  Earlington is no slower, a better rebounder and defender and shoots the three as well.   Also makes fewer boneheaded turnovers.

Re: Paultz....  You may have a good point.  Outside of a few heady plays, which he still displays, Cole seems to be pressing.  

Wusu and Posh may be really tough to deal with in another season or two.
