Very much the difference between a program that knows how to win and one that knows how to lose. These tales of two halves as far as digging down effort has me running for the hills. Anderson and company have their work cut out for them.
Lol get real

That just blows
Well played game. Just came up short. Roberts has to figure out his free throws. He missed 4 straight at a crucial part of the game
Stop putting ball in Dunn hands on last possession. Let him catch n shot but he makes consistent bad decisions in crunch time

Half court sets at end were better. Dunn caught a bad break at end of game. Not having figgy hurt us down the end.. Stupid fouls.
Tough loss. Powell stepped up when they needed him.
Wish we had someone to step up.
Harrison, ponds.

When are the coaches going to learn . They need caraher in games like this at the end ffg or the 3 pointers. When??

He rushes and that usually results in bad things happening.

I've agreed with Logen a lot lately, but still can't agree here. Seton Hall isn't a program where I see "winning." They've had a good run based on the history of their program, but they've been mediocre outside of one season in the past decade.

The difference in this game was Powell in the 2nd half and Roberts clanking freebies. In a close game like today's game, those were some huge misses.

I also thought Rutherford didn't smartly play Powell during the latter stages of today's game, either.

Caraher? Really?

No, you get real, you don’t have to agree but it is obvious, 2nd half, very little defense, plenty of one on one. Make all the excuses you want but effort and intelligent play should be constants and they are not.

And roberts cant be on the floor in the last 5 minutes of a close game. Fouling him is basically a turnover.

Maybe it's mental, but it also seems like a free throw is just out of his range.

Whatever, we would trade for their last decade in a heartbeat, if they have been mediocre, we have been the dregs. Tired of losing, stupid basketball.

Bottom line is Myles Powell was the best player on the court. Yes, Roberts missed 5 free throws down the stretch and Figueroa fouling out but Powell had a phenomenal second half and that was the difference. This team is not far off but we will not get there because we have no point guard.

Yep, I pretty much said the same re: fouling him is basically a turnover. The last thing he probably wanted to do was go to the FT line.

He needs to lock himself in CA tonight.
