I wouldn't say he looks neither slow or unathletic. I did think he went up weak on the reverse layup attempt. Go up strong!

It's also practically his first game since HS (I'm not exactly counting 5 minutes he played for NC State last season). There's a thing as "game shape," too.

Steere is neither slow nor unathletic. Getting to game speed in his first game against Arizona nonetheless is hard.

Yup, he’s gotta just dunk anything around the rim. No finesse needed right now.
 
Twice Steere has rolled to the basket and twice Dunn has ignored him. Like to see him hit the big man.
