FT shooting...learn it.

Austour, nice post. Particularly good point about the team's free throw % last year. I looked at the numbers and you're right, our 68% wasn't that far off from the rest of the league, or even the leaders.
I think as fans we over estimate our team's free throw shooting issues.

"I won't be nominating your parents for mom and dad of the year."

That's nice, considering I've made it pretty obvious that my father died when I was 14 and I've been in a single parent home ever since, yet still made it to graduate school for a post-master's program. Classy post. And by the way, you implied you agreed with Marillac by saying "this is not America, this is a forum monitored by administrators" or whatever it was you said exactly. You were defending his ignorance. You said unfortunately there is nothing they can do aka about banning me. So you, my friend, are being an insensitive, stubborn, and ignorant, but of course I wouldn't expect an apology from a coward. Get out of your proverbial ivory tower and realize you too can be wrong (shocking thought).

Joe, sorry for not keeping up on your personal life but honest and sincere apologies for what turns out to be an insensitive comment. I didn't know.

Re the banning thing, first I was responding to Bamafan when I said this was not America since he was implying that it was anyone's right to post on this board, and I was simply pointing out that this is a private enterprise. We're in Paul's house and in the long run what he and those he's chosen to moderate this forum say goes. Nothing more, nothing less. Marillac knows that, you and Bamafan are the ones who are ignorant as to how this site works so I was just pointing it out.

You can also read the posts and see that I never said "unfortunately", all I said was you were not the first annoying dope to post on this board and you won't be the last. And, FWIW it is frequently frustrating it's also sometimes amusing.

I think it's also that we underestimate how bad free throw shooting is in the college game today generally. If you could get a team to shot 75% in this day and age you'd get a couple extra wins a year on free throw scoring differential. It's pretty sad.
