Catholic population of St. John's is 42%. University doesn't want it to get any lower than that. The Parade would have been a perfect opportunity to reach out to Catholic families.

#1 who is your target during the parade? 65-80 year old grandparents in Maine?
#2 teens don't watch that because they should be in school or they are sitting on their computers/ipads
#3 who watches the parade anyways?
