First Round Matchup

Norm lost consistently and was not head coaching material and if you see that as damage that is totally fair, but for me it was Jarvis who damaged the Program's integrity. He arrogantly cut ties with recruiting partners, used questionable practices, lost control of the players and put us in a position that necessitated us to look for principled leadership over coaching acumen for the hire after his tenure.
Ghost you are a great poster but ill disagree Jarvis teams won for the most part multiple trips to ncaa, elite 8, BET champs, NIT title. I just feel Norm did more damage to the brand by his utter incomptence.

In 2008-2009 , year 5 of norm the had a record of
16-18, 16 of those 18 losses were by 10 or more points. many by 20 or more. Norm in year 5 failed to prepare his team to compete way more than Mike ever did. 2/24/09 was the worst moment in program history.

Do any of our guys other than Kadary have March Madness experience? Zuby was at Kansas, but don't know if he got in either game Kansas played that season in the tournament. He played against Omaha, but who knows if they returned any players from 2 seasons ago.

Re saturday Early games

Won’t be Denver due to time zone

Doubt it will be wichita since early 2 games are stand alone games

So comes down to Kentucky or providence games as far as which are early

Question, do teams play on the same channel in the 2nd as they did in the 1st rnd?

If so and SJU playing the very last game on Thursday on cbs, then they'll most likely play the last game on cbs on Saturday night which is on my spectrum guide at 7:30

Only a guess.

Take care of omaha, i really want Kansas for two reasons, first to revenge the loss at the UBS arena a few years back and more importantly to embarrass that revered cocky asst coach they have who did more damage to St John’s basketball than any person in the universe. Beat Kansas stick it to the Norm enablers.
Ridiculous post if I ever read one.
Why not focus on the positive instead of criticising a very decent man who did nothing wrong and did his very best to, which is a lot more than I can say about the coach that came before him and a few who succeeded him.

Not necessarily.

Again, they like to wait and see what the matchups actually are.

What they will do is put the "site doubleheader" on the same channel. So, both games in Providence will be on the same channel, back-to-back.

But, as far what time, and what channel, we're just going to have to wait it out.

You know Saturday has those two stand alone games before they group 6 together at night (so dumb).

Of course pitino vs rather self/calipari is built for those two stand alone slots.

Thank you for the kind regards, lets see how this plays out. Beat Omaha, then take care of Kansas or Arkansas and their revered coach who lied about Louie’s health back in the day.

I don’t buy this. It was SJU board of directors/Fr. Harrington who didn’t care or comprehend that bball is the brand of the university. Also it was not a good idea to fire Lavin for someone who had ZERO coaching experience. SJU is a case study on how to destroy a brand and hire the wrong people.
Mullin mailed it in!!!!! Horrible hire!

Not streaming yet, but it's coming, those bastards.
You can actually stream the games that CBS is airing (so that means our game on Thursday) live on Parmaount Plus, but that's in addition to having it on CBS. Basically two options instead of one.

I don't know if they archive it afterwards, though. It might be a "live streaming only" thing.

What I meant was soon for the Tournament, for some games you'll have to pay extra for peacock prime or whatever bs comes to watch an ncaa Tournament.
