It's going to be a rough year regardless.
 
Let's be honest. The only advantage we have in keeping him is he doesn't have to sit out a year here. That's what the decision will probably come down to.
 
New coach has to bring Figueroa back in the fold. He’s a versatile and I think wants to stay here.

Yet we should all argue the pros and cons of lesser coaches ? Until another coach is announced I will continue to mention the better option.
 
LJ’s decision is real easy now. Best of luck at your new program. I really enjoyed watching you and hope you succeed next year and at the next level.

I don't think so. We have a shot to keep Figgy, I wouldn't give up hope yet.

I think this is a very uninspiring hire, and I hope I’m wrong. I’ll reserve criticism until year 3, which by then I hope everyone tells me “I told you so”

Respectfully. I have to agree here. When there are multiple threads touching on the same topic by 'repeating' yourself in various threads you are just voicing your opinion.
