Nwiye still not playing either. Without Storr we are even more 3 point challenged. It's frustrating that we have almost no press covering the team and no injury updates.

Aside from Curbello controlling the pace at the point, there hasn't been any obvious dynamics personnel-wise.
I haven't kept count but I don't think our outside shooting is showing any improvement over last year.
They hit two very long 3s, including the prayer at the half to keep it under 10.
It's just a quiet game without real drama. SJU's athleticism just seems to result in a gradual difference.
I was really hoping to see Storrs and Pinzon on the floor to see who might emerge first.

good point on Mathis.
Between all our big guards and small forwards that "3" spot could be a dog fight for playing time.
Mathis experience will tip the scale for him IF he can shoot well from outside.

We are doing fine at 51 to 33 .
It's kind of a sleepy game.
They can't compete with us and we aren't trying to run up some huge score.
But the game is kind of sloppy because the players are essentially playing to please the coaches.
No-one wants to do anything too foolish.
To me it seems more like a controlled practice.

in the time it took me to type it...60 to 35.
we aren't trying to run it up..it is just natural evolution.

Boxscore

A rout of SNHU, Hmm, who's our next opponent, Trump University? Did Storr play? Don't remember seeing him.
