Zuby shows potential. Needs to work on finishing stronger around the basket. I’m sure CRP will work with him on that

Agree he has trouble finishing at this point but has not been bad from the line. Is second on the team in free throws attempted and making them at 72%, much better than his one disastrous preseason showing there. He has major issues around the basket. He misses way too many layups. It's great to grab boards, and draw fouls, but if you can't hit free throws and layups what good is it?
Really hoping he does polish up his game around the net and at the line. If he does, he can be a force.
The Free Percentage is surprisingly good. I am curious to see if he can maintain in Big East play especially on the road.Agree he has trouble finishing at this point but has not been bad from the line. I believe he redshirted his first year so he could be here for two more years although I would imagine he might move on after he graduates.Whatever happens for Drissa on the court for rest of season, I do hope he comes back next year as senior leader to keep the culture strong.
He could be one of the four year guys we'll see. Amar was the last one.
This is a great point- and an important point when structuring any team. Players have to understand what their role and responsibility is when entering the game. What both Zuby and Drissa have done is make their presence known in a positive way with limited minutes. A putback or 3 from Drissa. A hard fought offensive rebound or blocked shot by Zuby. While you want skilled players at every position, you also need hard workers who do not sulk and who know their limitations. Too many me first guys last season. That doesn't fly under CRP.
