DR Game #1 - Dominican U22 National Team - 4 PM

for those who were at the open scrimmage, i guess this game is more competitive and reflective of real competition?

I am all for practice but this reminds me of how we often play. I would like Anderson to tell the kids at the half to try and go out and win the game. That's good practice as well.

Pinzon slow feet on D going to hurt him. Where is Storr? He never came back in after starting.
Pinzon beat on the dribble on defense; EVERYONE jumped over him on that offensive rebound opportunity, after he missed another three footer. Better ramp up the savvy because the athleticism is not there.

Does anyone know what happened with Wusu? We could use his physical play.

They are trying to win! But they are playing very poorly! Same mistakes we’ve seen many times. Soriano great so far , can be a real difference maker if he can bring along the rest of them

Soriano will be a big part of our success or lack thereof this year. In the middle of things most offensive possessions, good rim protector, need to keep him from trying to guard on the perimeter. Posh looks.like Posh and like the shots he took. Curbelo ultra talented but way too careless with the basketball. Foul shooting still a negative, coaches need to make it a point of emphasis, drives me nuts. Did Storr get hurt, want to see more of him.

Start Pinzon 2nd half please, we need to be able to stretch the floor better. Also, Jones has gotta show a little bit more this next half.

I'm hoping things start to click in the 2nd half of this game rather than the 2nd half of the season.

It was an open practice not a scrimmage. There was some full court five on five as part of it but it wasn’t a scrimmage
