Docuseries Pitino: Red Storm Rising to Premiere February 11, Exclusively on VICE

this is the question we should be asking! Would we get the Canyon oh Heroes treatment for a parade? or a float down Union Tpike? lol
In 1985 we got a ceremony and reception at City Hall for making the Final Four.

I’ve seen my share of parades through the Canyon of Heroes and it would be nice to see another one. I doubt though we would get one. While we are more
popular now, the last two professional teams from NYC (NYC FC and the Liberty) did not get one and instead each had a ceremony at City Hall.

Championship parades wind up with a ceremony at City Hall so either way, it ends at City Hall.

Episode 4 is great. Matt A gets a lot of screen time and pointed and frank talk about how NIL money shapes a roster. Our “kids” are professionals who are changing their families lives and their own futures with their money.

Garden scenes and sounds are mesmerizing and give goosebumps.

What a great momento of this historic year this series is becoming.

Interesting tidbit: the clip of the fan from tonight's episode that Dan Hurley wanted ejected from the St John's BET game last year is the same guy who nearly got thrown out of Hinkle at the Butler game last week. He likes to jump out of his seat every play, not caring about blocking the view of the people behind him. A Butler fan finally had enough and blew up at him in the second half, causing the guy to move to another row. A short time later, he had already ticked off a woman in that section and she went to get a security guard to have him thrown out. Not sure how, but he avoided getting tossed, and everyone around him was ready to kick the crap out of him.

Never thought I'd agree with Dan Hurley's whining about anything, but looks like he was right about this goober.

Really interesting episode. I like how forthright it was. I do wish they talked about how academics are (or are much less so) a part of a player's day-to-day anymore. It's the flip-side of the professionalization part of this that I wonder about.

How can anyone not love Sim, Zuby, RJ? They all really seem like great guys off the court, and so easy to root for. A great nucleus for Rick's culture, and all personify why I enjoy college hoops more than NBA.

Also felt like the camera kept panning to specific players when discussing NIL disappointments but not sure if that's just me being hyperanalytical.

I watched the first three episodes on my computer from work the next morning. I went to the website for ViceTV, clicked the latest episode, then it asked me to sign in with my tv provider, I entered username and password for Optimum (my cable company at home) and there it was.

Not today, it keeps coming back, ERROR, this video cannot be viewed.

Have no idea how it worked the first three times and not now.

I wanted to see MJMJr in all his glory at the MSG closed practice.;)

I have Vice TV through Hulu plus Live TV. Assume I can still watch last night's episode today?

They give you 3 free episodes if you're not a subscriber. Same thing happened to me.
