I think Hopkins would be a great move for both them and the Big East. Their fans seem to fancy joining the Big 10, but I don't see how their school nor Athletic Department overall fits well with The Big Ten. I think Hopkins would be better off in Big East and it would be a great league overall. We'll see what happens. I too hope Big East lands Hopkins. I think it's a natural fit.
 
Latest rumor I've heard in lacrosse circles is the Hopkins is leaning towards joining the Big East! Stay tuned...
 
Yeah Tom. I read about it as soon as it happened. I personally think it would have been better for both parties for Hopkins to join the Big East. More like-minded institutions, private schools and geographic factors. But it is already done...
 
On an OT note, I heard that we are likely adding an away game vs UNC to next years schedule which would be fantastic for our SOS.
