@MJ4Sports: Harrison has been St. John's leading scorer and likely would be immediately eligible due to a family situation.

@MJ4Sports: Depending on how many scholarships may open up, Harrison would be an ideal target/ 1 year stop gap for new UH coach Kelvin Sampson
 
It's been floating for a couple of weeks now that he has been exploring a hardship waiver. This would suck
 
lol....gotta laugh....sampson-gone...O-BLOCK-pa-gone....Garrett-gone......Hooper-gone, now Harrison! When Harrison has a chance to do something really big here, no not win a Championship, but climb up the All Time scoring list at St Johns. Say what you want, thats an accomplishment. What a freaking mess!!!

This was expected. If for no other reason than it has been about three days since the last transfer rumor.

I'm sure there's a high and tight, clean cut kid from Molloy who can replace him.
 
Kelvin Sampson has a long and well earned reputation as a dirt bag/cheater. HOUSTON is a perfect place for him.Not for Harrison.
 
Thats it. I've had it. I have 4 years of eligibility left and I'm transferring to the University Of Hawaii. I'm going to lay on the beach, get away from all this snow and cold weather and get my degree in basketweaving that I gave up on in 1965
