I believe we are truly a top 25 team. Where we settle in, time will tell. My one hope is that these first half scoring woes goes away. At games start we come out aggressively on defense yet on offense we are a bit off . Some carelessness with ball and primarily ice cold shooting. We've come back strong to finish off our first 3 opponents but I fear if this trend continues a great second half may not be enough as comp amps up. Love this team and RP just hoping these starts are just finding the right starting 5 combo vs this becoming our Achilles heel.

Top 25-yes. I think we have the horses and the coach to operate at that level.

Starting Sunday... think we a shorter rotation- as long as fould trouble allows it.

We shot 50% from the field last night in the first half. Our problem was at the free throw line

For most of the game last night we only played 8 guys (Prey was 9th but that was late in the second half). I think that 9 man rotation is what we'll see most of the year.

We played well the 1st half yesterday. 50% and 35% from 3. I'll take that every half. The issue was free throw shooting. We missed 9 in the first half! NINE!!! Hit those and we are up by 20 at the half. It was not poor shooting from the field.

My whole point was the erratic play in the first half and that isnt sustainable. Is that OK ?? Fyi. Correct We didn't hit those 9. So to my point. Erratic first half!!! No? Be it free throws, 3's, or turnovers. Fyi. Free throws are from the field and not contested. Which makes it even more inexcusable. Again. My point It's about erratic scoring.

Free throws are not considered from the field and the only thing that made it seem erratic was all of the fouls by Wagner. Your point is pointless

I’m a big believer that there are times (e.g., beginning of game, to stop scoring droughts and bad decision making) when you have to hunt layups w/getting to the free throw line being the secondary goal. Of course, you also need to make FTs.
