Prey had his worst game in a while. Who in this league is bringing someone with Ayo’s defensive versatility that deep off the bench?

If we force them to play the way the last 3 ranked teams we played did, yes we will.

Rough game. I feel good about being a four seed but no way we get past the Sweet Sixteen playing like we have the last few games.

Every game is its own game. We’ve heard it about Marquette. UConn and Creighton if we play like this etc. And come out winners.

Cant extrapolate if we play like this vs this team etc…..we may lock down bama enough and be able to score against them as their calling card isn’t defense.

Prey had his worst game in a while. Who in this league is brining someone with Ayo’s defensive versatility that deep off the bench?

Ayo does give 110 % on defense.

Silly, at this point , the big picture is that we just go out there and play our game. At some point impose our will defensively and just out tough the other team. It’s never gonna be pretty for us offensively. We just score enough to win. Our defense was horrible in the first half with all the free runs to the basket etc. It didn’t matter , we locked down imposed our will and held them to 16pts the last 15 minutes of the game. It’s what we do, it’s how we win. We scored enough to win. Some guys will have good nights offensively on and off but we will smash them in the mouth defensively at some point and take the game. That’s the big picture.

And as RP says…if you turn it over, miss FTs etc…go make it up on the defensive end…that’s why we can endure some of these poor 3point and FT shooting nights…may not always work but wont be for lack of effort and will to win
