For those who may be unaware Bill and siblings were born and raised in Montreal and left Montreal for Long Island when he was about 10 years old.
In yesterday's Montreal Gazette newspaper there was an Obituary for Bill's younger sister Elizabeth.
Beth as we knew her, was my original connection to Bill, before SJU, as she and my younger brother were the same age, Beth was a little shy of her 60th, and together they attended summer camp for Juvenile diabetics in the late 70s. In addition to being diabetic Beth was visually impaired from a very young age but in spite of her disabilities lived life and held down a job at a naval base in Delaware.
May she rest in peace and may the family be spared further sorrow.
