Clark
Not my problem ..hustle playing defense and grabbing a few rebounds is that too much to ask. 20 years of poor play is a lot More for us loyal fans
Yes
Too much to ask in the overall context...
He’s a young kid/ man, he’s endured more heartache than most of us and we should be grateful he gave his best to us for a few years!
All the best Marvin - looking forward to having you move into a very nice and rewarding life

All the best!

This is one terrific kid. On a great roster would be an important contributor even on a top ten team. Really proud of the fact that he is an asset to our team and our university at large.

Clark played out of position, like many of our players. Not a 5. Have to appreciate the hard work he put in , considering his life circumstance. Took himself out of the ghetto.. Not an NBA player, but hopefully he will hav a nice career oversees.

Yes I do appreciate the young man’s effort. However we were led to believe he was a strong #4 which means to me has the ability to sweep the boards and not commit so many fouls. PS: he lost his shot about 6 weeks ago. The staff should have recognized this and have an able body sub.

Marvin, you gave us your all and we can’t ask for more than that. We are proud of you, and wish you the best of luck. We will be happy to welcome you as a fellow.Alum!

A few weeks ago on SNY they played an old segment on the mets Familia. They showed the home he grew up at in the DR. it is literally a shack. By comparison the projects are the Beverly hilton. I think of the license fans believe we have to boo and defame 20 something professional players because they earn so much so should expect it.

I think of these young men, and see that when they return home, their extended family still lives in deep poverty. And many former players arent doing so well either.

When we humanize these kids for who they mostly are - good kids trying to make it out of rough circumstances with long odds against them, it's so much easier to forgive turnovers and missed shots and root like hell for them in every regard.

Marvin Cark was worth it. He can play on my team any day. The fact that he was able to rise above his childhood challenges and become the classy, gentleman, leader that he is today, is nothing short of remarkable.

He is not the kind of player that can put a team on his shoulders and carry you to multiple wins. But, he is definitely a valuable team member. Really like this kid.
