Charleston Classic Brackets

I see the 3rd & 5th place games say 3 or 5:30..

Is ESPN making that decision based on which teams fall into those games for best TV audience?
 
Overall a very balanced tournament. Houston a step above and Towson a step below. The other six are very close and we got to play 3 of them. Hopefully we can tighten up the defense and get Luis involved.
