Charles Oakley Tossed From MSG

Working from home so have WFAN on. Want to throw up listening to Fat Man defending Dolan. Some way or another I bet Fat Guy winds up on MSG doing something when he finally leaves WFAN. Maybe his first guest will be AROD.

I was going to comment that I'd seen him a few times at St. John's games way back when. I assumed he came in early when we had day games and the Knicks were playing that evening, but I definitely recall seeing him watch us. Friend and I ran into Oak deep in the bowels of MSG once after a game -- not sure how or why we were even down there -- and Oak was very friendly during the 45 seconds or so of small talk and a handshake.

Wish Oak had wrapped those huge hands around that sweaty cokehead's throat.

We need a filthy rich anti-Dolan guy to buy 20,000 of them and pass them out before the game. I'd like to see security try to eject everyone.

Supposedly tried to throw people out who started Oakley chants at Rangers game yesterday. People started recording it with their phones so security had to back down. Dolan just fired the head of security at MSG BTW

Never thought someone could be more butthurt over the tiniest things than Trump, but I think Dolan beats him. He should step away from the Knicks and run for president in 2020.

See now you have me rooting for him to stay as Owner of the Knicks. Better to ruin my favorite NBA team than my favorite country!
If he did become President it is a good thing that George Washington and Abe Lincoln are dead because otherwise President Dolan would have them handcuffed and thrown out of the country.
 
Dolan is a petty loser, so I'm sure that he used MSG security to pay extra close attention to Oakley because of Oakley's anti Dolan rants. I don't think security would have treated another Knick with the same harshness, and wouldn't treated Oakley as such if not directed by Dolan. I'm sure Dolan directed Garden Pr to issue the statement they did. So while Oakley acted badly, this conflict at MSG became a home game for Dolan, and I believe he agitated the whole thing against Oakley to begin with.

Former Knick Larry Johnson currently works for the team, but he is not sure if he will show up for work following owner James Dolan's decision to ban his former teammate, Charles Oakley, from Madison Square Garden.

"It's hard to work at the Garden when Oak is not part of the family," Johnson said to the New York Daily News.

"I love the Knicks and Mr. (James) Dolan is my guy," Johnson said. "But I feel as if I'd be disrespecting Oak if I go to the Garden."

Johnson has worked with the Knicks as a Basketball and Business Operations Representative since 2012, according to the NBA.
