@Butler, Sat. Jan. 27, 2:30pm, FS1/570AM

Since I've always wanted to see Hinkle, my wife and I are making the trek to Indiana. At least it will be warm-ish and have dinner scheduled at St. Elmo's steakhouse on Friday night. So at least I got that going for me....

No worries, we can rely on our ‘depth’.

It looks like a wonderful day tomorrow to get out and do something before the cold comes back early next week.
Will be in the 50s tomorrow.

This could mean only one thing if you use the Lovett update as a barometer - they are done for the season.:D :p

This will be about as exciting as watching Olympic Cross Country Skiing

Yeah, I prefer the downhill ski events.

I like the downhill. On tv I love watching the luge and bobsled but in person it sucks. My favorite now is the short track. Man that's exciting to watch on tv

I hope Yawke is feeling better, he look like he was playing in pain during the Creighton game. Despite how bad the season is, it is unfair to trot an injured player out there because there was a decision made not to fill the roster. I almost feel he same thing about Ponds. I'm not sure if it's injury or shear exhaustion, but it just looks like his legs aren't there.

That being said, it seems like this team could easily just pack it up, but they are a proud and scrappy bunch. I only wish that resulted in some W's.

Shamorie Ponds will play today and Kassoum Yakwe is out, per St Johns #sjubb

LIKED WHAT coach said after the Creighton game not giving up that he would have to be in the ground before that happens.Look we all got negative with the loses and the record but I do like the staffs mind set and whats coming in next yr I k ow its hard but good times will eventually get to SJU.

Could this be the game Alibegovic gives us an unexpected lift?? Talk about grasping at straws...

We absolutely refuse to defend the 3 point shot. I am remaining positive and supportive of the team and the staff. That said, the one thing that I can no longer stomach is the lazy perimeter defense.
