....to play in Mexico. He will play for Nuevo Lardeo across the border from Laredo, Texas. Best of luck to JB!

best of luck to you justin. the fact that you are not on an nba team is unacceptable. the hawks and the knicks, who should know all about you, are fools. especially the hawks. pathetic.

i wish you nothing but the best. i thank you for your tremendous play and attitude. i am a huge fan of your work.

Maybe it's a good thing for him that he's not in the NBA. If he was, he stood a pretty good chance of not playing hoops at all this year.

true.
i just think that he has a fantastic skill set and believe that it would be fully utilized professionaly.
i find it hard to believe there is no place for him on a roster.
he's my new lavor postell.

Best of luck JB2 and I wish we had had you on campus for more than 2 seasons.

I also thought JB2s skill set translated into a reserve role on a NBA team. That being, I am sure a lot of guys feel that way about their favorite players... work hard, play well and you can make your way back. There are worse ways to make a living. Good luck JB2.

I've maintained that SJU's delicate rising fortunes were derailed last season when Brownlee broke his finger. He wasn't the same player after that, and we weren't the same team that knocked off a bunch of giants. That being said, JB is just short in a lot of areas, physically and skill wise, that will keep him out of the NBA for now at least. Being one of the 430 best players in the world is a pretty high bar, and thankfully for many D1 players, there are a plethora of professional opportunities to play around the world.  Good luck to him - hopefullly he will make some decent money, be enriched culturally, and play at a level where he can thrive.
