The only one that showed he could shoot was Michael. If Mussini went to that dinner instead of Mike both Sollozzo and McClusky would still be alive and the waiter would probably be dead.
Granted Michael was in a pressure situation, but it was an uncontested shot. Mussini can make those all day. Like any player at that level, it's about having time to gather themselves. Mussini shot 30% from 3 last year. I say with a year of experience and with less PG responsibilities, he ends up between 35 and 40%.
