I believe I read if you aren’t in the top 4 you can’t crossover to the other side (arena) so we can only play a team from the Michigan/Auburn pod.

If true that means we’ll play either Auburn or the winner of the Oregon/SDSU game. I hope Auburn

Auburn is currently getting destroyed by Michigan. I’d like to see a better challenge for us than that.

Agreed, definitely don’t want SDSU, and rather just play best team. Oregon can’t win the tiebreaker with Auburn though, so we can only play SDSU or Auburn but unless SDSU beats Oregon and by a lot it’ll be Auburn.

We have no such department!!! No Omar Cook, Eric Barkley or even Frank Alagia on this team. Dillon Mitchell is the best point guard we have but unfortunately he can't imitate Magic Johnson.
Kansas is missing their best player!
I wonder if Auburn getting beat this bad will impact our chances to play them

Watching a bit of the Michigan / Auburn game. Michigan is outstanding. Considering we had a close loss in a preseason game that was played as a regular season game, a tough loss to Alabama, a close loss to Iowa St. and a large win over Baylor, I'm feeling pretty good where we are at this point in the season.
I'm assuming we'll continue to improve in all areas, and with the exception of a top flight PG, this team can be elite. Hope I'm not wrong.

Only way I'll feel good about the OOC part is winning every damn game, we're at the 2 losses, 4-2 and I'll be in a good mood.

With how badly auburn is losing right now, there is a fairly decent chance we would play Baylor again tomorrow.
For this to happen, auburn has to lose by more than 19 (pretty much guaranteed) and either Oregon wins by 3 or less (if it’s 3, they would have to score less total points than Baylor), or sdsu wins by 12 or less. (If they win by 12, they would have to score less total points than Baylor)
I didn’t see anything about the tournament that says teams cannot play twice.

I’d like to see us okay somebody other than Baylor twice. Auburn is fine with me as it’s another ranked opponent.

It won’t be auburn. It’s either Baylor, sdsu or Oregon.
I think it'll be either Houston or Gonzaga depending on the final margin of Gonzaga - Maryland. (this assumes it can't be a rematch against Iowa St.)

They are in the other pod. We don’t play them. Only the top 2 teams from each pod cross over to play the other pod.
Pretty absurd that teams in different “pods” can’t play each other for the third game. The two arenas are literally like an 8 minute drive from each other
Preys passing continues to improve. They mentioned a 7’2 wingspan today for him, that was the first I’d heard it mentioned.
