Baylor, Tue., Nov. 25, 4:30p, TruTV / 880 AM

Not really.

SJ is for all intents and purposes the 6 seed as the loser of UM/Auburn and the loser of Zags/Terps will drop below SJU. St J woukd likely play one of the winners or Iowa State though the tourney reserves the right, but does not guarantee, to avoid games that are repeats of games in the tournry or teams that will play non conference later in the season. They also guarantee no in conference games. Really the only thing that's guaranteed is that they will play Wednesday as only the bottom 4 teams play on Thanksgiving.
I believe I read if you aren’t in the top 4 you can’t crossover to the other side (arena) so we can only play a team from the Michigan/Auburn pod.

KenPom rankings:
#20 Auburn (and #21 AP)
#55 San Diego St
#68 Oregon

I definitely want Auburn. Could be our first non-BE ranked win since Arizona back in 2019.

They are the best of those 3 teams. I want to play the best team possible tomorrow.
Agreed, definitely don’t want SDSU, and rather just play best team. Oregon can’t win the tiebreaker with Auburn though, so we can only play SDSU or Auburn but unless SDSU beats Oregon and by a lot it’ll be Auburn.

Neither 1assist from our guards. I know we have two point forwards in B-Hop and Mitchell but we’re going to need our guards to step it up in the play making department
We have no such department!!! No Omar Cook, Eric Barkley or even Frank Alagia on this team. Dillon Mitchell is the best point guard we have but unfortunately he can't imitate Magic Johnson.
Cuse hung with Kansas today
Kansas is missing their best player!

Watching a bit of the Michigan / Auburn game. Michigan is outstanding. Considering we had a close loss in a preseason game that was played as a regular season game, a tough loss to Alabama, a close loss to Iowa St. and a large win over Baylor, I'm feeling pretty good where we are at this point in the season.

I'm assuming we'll continue to improve in all areas, and with the exception of a top flight PG, this team can be elite. Hope I'm not wrong.

Only way I'll feel good about the OOC part is winning every damn game, we're at the 2 losses, 4-2 and I'll be in a good mood.

With how badly auburn is losing right now, there is a fairly decent chance we would play Baylor again tomorrow.

For this to happen, auburn has to lose by more than 19 (pretty much guaranteed) and either Oregon wins by 3 or less (if it’s 3, they would have to score less total points than Baylor), or sdsu wins by 12 or less. (If they win by 12, they would have to score less total points than Baylor)

I didn’t see anything about the tournament that says teams cannot play twice.

I’d like to see us okay somebody other than Baylor twice. Auburn is fine with me as it’s another ranked opponent.
