I always enjoy McD’s offense. He may be the best O guy around. Different cast every year obviously, but similar results for most part.

McDermott is a very smart Coach . He recruits the kids who fit his system and despite losing Kalkenbrenner , etc always puts a competitive team on the floor .

He’s a very good in game Coach too .,
